First, press Call to call the elevator.
When it arrives and is available, the Car Here button will light up.
No need to turn the handle, just gently pull.
** troubleshooting note: If it doesn’t come when called, make sure the doors are all closed on the level it’s currently parked on. If that doesn’t fix it, contact management.
Next, close the outside door, then the inside door, then pick your floor.
When you exit, completely close the inside door, then the outside door. That way it’ll be available for the next time it’s called.
